i've started the plan today, though not a bikini bod(it'll take years for me -.-) but i'm sure i'll feel healthier by the end of the month! i'm going back to eating healthily and exercising frequently, after wks and mths of binging and feeding unhealthy food into my body.
the plan for WEEK 1
day1- long cardio(40mins)
day2- strength training with short cardio (most prob at the gym)
day3- rest
day4- long cardio(40mins)
day5-strength training w short cardio.
day 6&7-rest
this's for the first week. not very tough at first glance, so i'm sure i'll be able to keep up with it!
plus, it's a good start to train for the standard chartered 21km marathon! gonna sign up for it before this friday with baby so we can enjoy it at a low low price of only $36! remembered i paid $50+ the previous year for the 10km run. and this year, i've seen the route we're gonna run for the 21km, we'll be passing Resorts World with those mascots greeting us, bet it'll be cool! :D
and i've borrowed books from the library ytd to keep me motivated throughout this plan. it says that i should eat every 4 hours to keep my blood sugar level stable, isn't so bad for losing weight eh! of course healthy stuffs. so its hi to wraps and lean meat plus lotsa veggies, my love(:
and i'm thinking of working at Subway, i could earn money and at the same time enjoy my fav subs ;)

i shall go on strict diet starting from tomorrow! so angry i gained weight despite dieting for 2 weeks. i need to be stricter! for the sake of our taiwan trip!! oh man cant wait!

u musn't think that it's a diet, must think its a way of life so u won't feel deprived! i've got this very good diet book, i think all those who wanna lose weight should read!
